1. Workshops & Events

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

• Please arrive on time—late arrivals may miss important instructions.

• Materials are provided unless stated otherwise in the workshop description.

• Workshops are suitable for the age group specified. If you’re unsure, feel free to get in touch before booking.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop date will receive a full refund or a transfer (subject to availability).

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable. You’re welcome to transfer your booking to a friend - just let me know their details in advance.

• If I need to cancel or reschedule, you’ll be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

3. Digital Patterns & Tutorials

• All digital downloads are non-refundable.

• Patterns and tutorials are for personal use only. Please do not share, sell, or redistribute them.

• You’re welcome to sell finished items made from my patterns, but please credit woollygear as the designer.

4. Health & Safety

• By attending a workshop, you agree to take responsibility for your own health and safety during the session.

• Please inform me of any allergies or accessibility needs when booking so I can make sure you’re comfortable.

5. Photography & Social Media

• I may take photos during workshops to share on social media or for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, just let me know on the day.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

• All patterns, tutorials, and designs are the property of woollygear.

• They may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial teaching without written permission.
